A: Initially, we engage in detailed discussions on order and production specifics via email or phone. A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued for your confirmation. For returning customers, a pre-paid full payment or deposit is required before production. Upon receipt of the deposit, the production process commences. We will reach out for shipping details and balance payment before production completion. Upon settling the balance, shipment preparations follow immediately. For new customers, a 100% T/T is required prior to production.
Q: What is your lead time for delivery?
A: Typically, our lead time is 7-10 days for items in stock. For items not in stock, the timeframe is 15-25 days, contingent on the order quantity.
Q: Do you offer product customization services?
A: Absolutely, we offer bespoke customization. Send us your drawings and detailed requirements to initiate the project.
Q: What delivery methods do you use for your goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery options, including air express and sea freight. Our international express partners include FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and TNT. You are welcome to select the most suitable option.
Q: How can I receive a sample?
A: Kindly submit your drawings and specifications, and we will arrange a sample for you. Please note that sample costs will be charged to the customer.
Q: What are your terms for payment?
A: We require 100% payment in advance of shipment. Payment can be made via T/T and Western Union.
