Existing customers are required to make a pre-paid full payment or an advanced deposit before production begins. Upon receiving the deposit, we commence processing your order. As the production nears completion, we will reach out to finalize shipment details and balance payment. Once this is settled, we swiftly prepare the shipment. For new customers, we require 100% T/T payment before production starts.
Q: What is your typical lead time for orders?
A: If the goods are available in stock, our standard lead time is approximately 7-10 days. For items not in stock, it extends to 15-25 days, with the duration varying based on the order quantity.

A: Absolutely, we offer tailored customization services. Please provide your detailed drawings and specifications so we can proceed with your project.
Q: What are your delivery methods for shipping goods?
A: We deliver goods via air express or sea shipping, utilizing international couriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, among others. You have the flexibility to choose the most suitable option for your requirements.

A: Kindly send us your drawings and specifications, and we will arrange for the sample. Please note that sample costs will be charged to the customer.
