Q: What's the order procedure?
A: To initiate your order, we first engage in detailed discussions regarding order specifications via email or phone. Following this, a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued for your confirmation. For our loyal customers, a pre-paid full payment or an advance deposit is requested before production begins. Upon receipt of the deposit, we promptly commence order processing. Prior to the conclusion of production, we will reach out to arrange shipment details and settle the balance payment. Once the balance is cleared, we expedite the shipment. New customers are required to make 100% T/T payment before the start of production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Our standard lead time is 7-10 days for in-stock items, while a timeframe of 15-25 days is expected for items not in stock, contingent upon order volume.
