Established customers may proceed with either full pre-payment or a deposit before we commence production. Upon receiving the deposit, we promptly begin processing the order. Prior to completing production, we coordinate shipment details and balance payment. Once the balance is settled, we swiftly organize the shipment. New customers are required to make a 100% T/T payment before production begins.
Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. For items not in stock, the timeframe extends to 15-25 days, depending on order volume.

A: Absolutely, we provide customized product options. Simply send us your detailed drawings and specifications, and we'll tailor the project to your needs.
Q: What are your delivery options for shipping goods?
A: We offer delivery by air express or sea shipping. For international express, we partner with renowned services such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and TNT. You have the flexibility to choose the method that best suits your preference.
