A: Initially, we will discuss both order and production details via email or phone. Following this, a proforma invoice (PI) will be sent for your confirmation. Existing customers may proceed with full pre-payment or a deposit prepayment. Upon receiving the deposit, production commences. As production nears completion, we'll update you on shipping details and request the balance payment. Once settled, the shipment is promptly prepared. For new customers, full payment (100% T/T) is required before production.
Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if the goods are in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. If not in stock, it ranges from 15-25 days, depending on the order quantity.

A: We deliver goods via air express or sea freight. Options include international couriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You have the flexibility to select your preferred method.
