Returning customers may complete their pre-paid full payment or deposit to trigger production. Once deposit is confirmed, we commence with manufacturing. Prior to the completion of production, we will reach out concerning shipment details and the balance payment. Upon settling the balance, your shipment is meticulously prepared. For new clients, we require 100% T/T payment upfront to initiate production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Our lead time is typically 7-10 days for in-stock items, extending to 15-25 days if the items are not stocked. The duration is influenced by the order quantity.
Q: Do you accept customized products?
A: Absolutely, we offer customization services. Simply provide us with your detailed drawings and specifications, and we will bring your project to life.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery options, including air express and sea freight. Renowned couriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and TNT are available. Choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: To obtain a sample, send us your drawing and specifications. We will arrange for the sample production, with the cost to be covered by the customer.
Q: What is your payment term?
