For returning customers, a pre-paid full payment or deposit is necessary before production begins. Upon receipt of your deposit, we initiate your order. As production nears completion, we reach out for shipment details and balance payment. Once the balance is settled, we expedite the shipment. New customers are required to make a 100% T/T payment before production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, our lead time is a swift 7-10 days. For items not in stock, it ranges from 15-25 days, contingent upon order volume.

A: Absolutely! We specialize in tailored solutions. Kindly provide your design and specifications, and we'll bring your project to life.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery options. Goods can be shipped via air express or by sea, with international express services such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. Select the method that best suits your preferences.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: To receive a sample, please forward your design and specifications to us. We will organize the sample for you, with the applicable sample cost covered by the customer.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We require 100% payment in advance prior to shipment. We accept T/T and Western Union for your convenience.
