Prior to the completion of production, we coordinate shipment details and balance payment. Once the balance is reconciled, shipment preparations commence promptly. For new clients, full payment via T/T is required before production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, our lead time is 7-10 days for stocked items, while non-stock items require 15-25 days, contingent on order volume.
Q: Do you accept customized products?
A: Absolutely, we offer customization services. Kindly share your drawings and specifications to initiate the project.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery via air express or sea. Choose from top international couriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and TNT, tailored to your preference.
