Prior to the completion of production, we will coordinate with you regarding shipment details and the balance payment. Once the balance is cleared, we expedite the shipment preparation. For new customers, we require 100% T/T payment upfront before production starts.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Our lead time is typically 7-10 days for items in stock and 15-25 days for items not in stock. This timeline is dependent on the order quantity.
