A: Initially, we engage in a detailed discussion about your order and production needs via email or phone. Following this, a Proforma Invoice (PI) will be sent for your confirmation. For our loyal customers, a pre-paid full payment or deposit is required before commencing production. Upon receiving the deposit, we move forward with processing your order. Before the production cycle concludes, we will coordinate shipment details and settle the balance payment. Once the balance is finalized, we expedite the shipment promptly. For new patrons, 100% T/T is required prior to production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Our efficient lead time ranges from 7-10 days when items are in stock. For items not in stock, our lead time adjusts to 15-25 days, contingent upon order volume.
Q: Do you accept customized products?
A: Absolutely, we specialize in creating tailored solutions. Kindly forward your drawings and specifications, and we will initiate the project to meet your unique requirements.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery options, including air express or sea freight. For international express services, we partner with FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, among others. Choose the method that best suits your needs.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Simply send us your design and specifications, and we will arrange for a sample. Please note, the sample cost will be charged to the customer.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We require 100% payment in advance before shipment. Payment options include T/T and Western Union for your convenience.
