For our returning customers, a pre-paid full payment or advanced deposit is required before we commence production. Once the deposit is received, we proceed with the order. As production nears completion, we'll reach out to discuss shipment arrangements and settle any remaining balance. Post payment clearance, we promptly prepare for shipment. For new customers, a full 100% T/T payment is required prior to production commencement.
Q: What is your lead time for delivery?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, we deliver within 7-10 days. If not in stock, delivery ranges from 15-25 days, contingent on the order quantity.
