A: Initially, we engage in a detailed discussion of the order and production specifics via email or phone. Following this, we provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your approval. For our returning customers, we require either full pre-payment or an advance deposit before commencing production. Once the deposit is received, order processing begins. As production nears completion, we reach out to coordinate shipment details and finalize the balance payment. Upon receipt of the balance, we promptly prepare the shipment. For newcomers, we operate on a 100% T/T pre-payment basis.
Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if the items are in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. For items not in stock, it ranges from 15-25 days, contingent on the order quantity.
Q: Are customized products available?
A: Absolutely, we offer customized products. Kindly provide us with your detailed drawings and specifications to commence the project.
Q: What are your delivery methods for the goods?
A: Deliveries can be arranged either by air express or sea freight. We partner with renowned international express services like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to ensure you get your order in the most convenient way.
Q: How can I obtain a sample?
A: To arrange a sample, please forward us your detailed drawings and specifications. We will organize the sample production and note that the sample cost will be borne by the customer.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require full payment upfront prior to shipment. Payment can be made via T/T and Western Union for your convenience.
