For our esteemed returning customers, we require a pre-paid full payment or an advance deposit before production begins. Once the deposit is confirmed, we process your order. Prior to the completion of production, we will contact you regarding shipment details and final balance. Upon clearing the balance, we'll expedite your shipment. For first-time customers, a 100% T/T payment is required before production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Our lead time is typically 7-10 days if we have stock, and 15-25 days for out-of-stock items, contingent on order volume.

A: Certainly! We specialize in customization. Kindly provide your design and detailed requirements for us to proceed with your project.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: Deliveries can be made by air express or sea, with options like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., allowing you to choose the most convenient method for your needs.

A: Simply send your design and specifications, and we will arrange for a sample. Please note, sample costs are borne by the customer.
