Q: What's the order procedure?
A: Initially, we will engage in detailed discussions regarding order specifics and production details via email or phone. Following this, a Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for your approval. For returning patrons, either a full pre-payment or an advanced deposit is required prior to initiating production. Once we receive the deposit, production commences. Prior to completion, we will reach out to confirm shipment details and settle the balance payment. On receipt of the balance, we expedite the shipment. For newcomers, payment must be made 100% via T/T before production commences.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, if the items are in stock, delivery is within 7-10 days. However, if not in stock, it ranges from 15-25 days, which can vary based on the order volume.
Q: Do you accept customized products?
A: Absolutely, we offer tailored product solutions. Please provide us with your design and specifications to initiate the project.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer versatile delivery options: by air express or sea freight. Choose from trusted services like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., to suit your preference for speed and convenience.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Kindly forward your design and specifications. We will then coordinate the sample preparation. Please note that the sample cost will be borne by the customer.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment terms require 100% upfront payment prior to shipment. We accept T/T and Western Union as payment methods.
