For returning customers, a full pre-payment or deposit is required before production commences. Once the deposit is received, we initiate the order. Prior to completing production, we will arrange shipment details and balance payment. Once the balance is paid, we expedite the shipment. For new clients, a full payment via T/T is required before production.
Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, delivery is within 7-10 days. If not, it may take 15-25 days, contingent on the order quantity.
