A: Initially, we engage with you to discuss comprehensive order and production details via email or phone call. Subsequently, a Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for your affirmation. For our esteemed returning customers, we require a pre-paid full payment or deposit before production initiation. Upon receiving the deposit, we commence the order processing. Prior to the completion of production, we will coordinate with you regarding shipment details and balance payment. Once the balance is settled, we expedite the shipment preparations. For new customers, a 100% T/T payment is required before production begins.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, our lead time is 7-10 days for goods in stock, and 15-25 days for those not in stock, subject to order quantity.
Q: Do you accept customized products?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in providing bespoke products. Kindly send us your drawings and detailed requirements to initiate your tailored project.
Q: How do you deliver the goods?
A: We offer flexible delivery options including air express and sea freight. Our international partners like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and TNT ensure fast and reliable service, allowing you to select the most suitable method for your needs.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Simply send us your drawing and specifications, and we will arrange the sample for you. Please note that sample costs will be charged to the customer.
