Existing customers are requested to make a full pre-payment or deposit before we commence production. Once we receive this, we begin processing your order. Prior to completion, we'll contact you for shipment specifics and remaining balance payment. Upon receipt of the balance, we'll immediately arrange your shipment. For new customers, full payment via T/T is required beforehand.
Q: What is your lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, delivery takes 7-10 days. For non-stock items, expect a timeline of 15-25 days, influenced by order quantity.
Q: Do you offer product customization?
A: Certainly! We specialize in custom products. Simply provide us with your drawings and specifications to initiate the project.
Q: How do you handle the delivery of goods?
A: We offer delivery by air express or sea freight. Choose from leading international couriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc., based on your preference.
Q: How can I obtain a sample?
A: Kindly provide your drawings and specifications, and we will arrange a sample for you. Please note, sample costs will be charged to the customer.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require 100% payment in advance prior to shipment. Payment can be made via T/T or Western Union.
