Returning customers are expected to pay a pre-paid full payment or an advance deposit before production begins. Once we receive the deposit, we commence processing the order. Prior to the completion of production, we will reach out regarding shipment details and the balance payment. Following the settlement of the balance, we promptly prepare and dispatch the shipment. For new customers, complete payment via T/T is required before production starts.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, if the goods are in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. For items not in stock, it ranges from 15-25 days depending on the order quantity.
