A: Initially, we engage in a detailed discussion about order specifics and production details via email or phone. Subsequently, a PI is issued for your approval. For returning customers, a pre-paid full payment or an advance deposit is requested before production commences. Upon receiving the deposit, we initiate the order process. Prior to the completion of production, we reach out to arrange shipment details & settle the balance payment. Once the balance is cleared, we promptly prepare the shipment. For first-time customers, a full 100% T/T payment is required before production begins.
Q: What is your usual lead time for orders?
A: Typically, if items are in stock, delivery takes 7-10 days. For out-of-stock items, expect a lead time of 15-25 days, influenced by order volume.
Q: Do you offer customization of products?
A: Absolutely, we specialize in customized products. Kindly forward your drawings and specific requirements to initiate the project.
Q: What are the options for delivering goods?
A: We offer multiple delivery options: by air express or by sea, using International Express services such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You have the flexibility to choose the most suitable method for you.
Q: How can I request and obtain a sample?
A: Kindly provide us with your drawings and specifications. Based on that, we will arrange the sample and note that the sample cost will be charged to the customer.
