A: Our streamlined order procedure begins with a detailed discussion regarding order specifics, either via email or phone call. Subsequently, we provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your confirmation. Established customers may proceed with a pre-paid full payment or deposit, following which we initiate production. Upon receiving the deposit, we commence processing your order. Prior to the conclusion of production, we will discuss shipment details and settle the balance payment. The shipment is promptly arranged once the balance is cleared. For new customers, we require a 100% T/T payment upfront before commencing production.
Q: What is your lead time for product delivery?
A: Typically, if the items are in stock, expect delivery within 7-10 days. For out-of-stock products, it ranges from 15-25 days, contingent on the order quantity and specifics.

Q: What are your available delivery options?
A: We offer flexible delivery options including air express or sea freight. For international express, we partner with renowned carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. Select the option that best suits your preferences.
Q: How can I obtain a sample?
A: Kindly provide us with your drawing and specifications. We will then arrange for a sample, with the sample cost being borne by the customer.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 100% payment in advance prior to shipment. We accept T/T and Western Union as payment methods for your convenience.
