For our esteemed returning customers, we require a pre-paid full payment or an advanced deposit before production commences. Post deposit, we initiate the order process. Prior to completing production, we will coordinate with you regarding shipment details and the balance payment. Once the balance is settled, we swiftly prepare the shipment. As for new customers, a 100% T/T is required prior to production.
Q: What is your lead time for delivery?
A: Our lead time is generally between 7-10 days for in-stock items. For those not in stock, the timeline extends to approximately 15-25 days, with the duration varying based on the order quantity.

A: We offer flexible delivery options, including air express and sea freight. International express services such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, and others are available, allowing you to select the most convenient choice.
Q: How can I acquire a sample from you?
A: To procure a sample, please provide us with your detailed drawings and specifications. We will then arrange the sample production. Kindly note, the sample cost will be charged to the customer.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We require full payment in advance prior to shipment. We accept payments via T/T and Western Union for your convenience.
