Prior to the completion of production, we will get in touch to finalize shipping details and settle the balance payment. Once the balance is paid, we expedite the shipment preparation. For new clients, we require 100% T/T payment in advance before beginning production.
Q: What is the expected lead time for delivery?
A: Typically, if the products are in stock, delivery is within 7-10 days. For out-of-stock items, the lead time extends to 15-25 days, subject to order volume and specifics.
