For returning clients, a pre-paid full payment or deposit is required before production begins. Once the deposit is received, we proceed with the order. Prior to completing production, we will coordinate shipment details and balance payment with you. Upon finalizing the balance, shipment preparations will commence immediately. For first-time clients, we require 100% T/T before production.
Q: What is your estimated lead time?
A: Typically, if the items are in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. For items not in stock, expect delivery within 15-25 days, depending on the order quantity.

A: Absolutely, we specialize in custom products. Kindly send us your drawings and specific requirements to kickstart your project.
Q: What are your delivery methods for the goods?
A: We offer multiple delivery options. Goods can be shipped via air express or by sea, using international couriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. Select the most convenient method for your needs.
