Existing customers are required to make an advanced deposit or full pre-payment before production commences. Upon receipt of your deposit, we initiate the order process. As production nears completion, we will update you on shipment details and arrange balance payment. Once settled, we expedite the shipment immediately. New customers are kindly requested to complete 100% T/T payment prior to production.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Typically, if the goods are available in stock, the lead time is 7-10 days. Otherwise, expect a timeframe of 15-25 days. The duration is contingent upon the quantity of your order.
